Café & sourdough bakery

The beating heart of our bakery at The Old Fire Station cafe is a passion for artisan sourdough bread, made with organic, heritage ingredients and baked fresh daily. Our in-house bakes include delicious cakes and pastries, which make tempting additions to our café’s mouth-watering breakfast and lunch menus. We have great-tasting and sustainable speciality coffee, supplied from a local independent roaster that’s dedicated to ethical sourcing; we also make a great cup of tea.

The evening shift

The vibe in our café changes from 4pm when selected guest kitchens or independent food-vendors serve up an eclectic mix of dishes from their speciality menus. As a perfect complement to the great food you can choose a craft beer from our very own Lark Hill Brewery. You can also just pop in to our bar just for drinks, or grab some beers to take away.
